Oil painting or photography?

Most people decorate their walls with some kind of art. Unfortunately, few created such works of art themselves, but most of them buy it in a store or online.
This is not surprising really, the market offers many beautiful and  affordable pieces. Take, for example the increasing number of Swedish furniture stores (with the four letters) ... have for almost every taste a selection of art prints. But they all have something in common: They are series-produced copies.

I was standing in front of them frequently and repeatedly... asking me always the same question:

"Would I have not rather  a selfmade picture on my wall?"

My tools are not brushes and paints ... I paint with light!

There are days when I'm on my may way with my camera, where  I see and feel nothing. On other days, there are those moments, chance encounters, motives that move me ....

My interest is especially true of nature and th different facets. But cities and still life I shot,too. Besides the big picture I'm trying not to lose sight of the details. Photography has so much to offer ..
